The new 249-room property will soft open on Mon, Aug. 16th with the official opening scheduled for next October. the hotel is a totally new structure and designed as an urban resort. rooms and suites are spacious, and many feature floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies that give guests unobstructed views of New York's iconic Empire state building.
The Gansevoort park Ave.’s striking features include a three-storey lobby and an amazing indoor-outdoor pool. additionally, there’s a spa, fitness room, ballroom and four events spaces plus Italian restaurant Aselina. the design of the hotel is contemporary with a 1940s glam twist, concocted by architect Stephen B.
